Led Light Panels and Related Industry
With the lighting technology developing at a breakneck speed, the Led film is gaining a lot of traction, as raw materials that help improve light quality, Led Light Box and reflective films play an important role in these fields. Yicai is focusing on the development of high-quality components to innovate various Led panel kit and reflective film solutions for these fields. Some of their applications are:

Yicai’s Optical film is used to break up and distribute light evenly. Light rays, incident in parallel are distributed in different directions and thus emit a smooth and glare-free light. The properties of reflection and refraction of light are the optical effects used for this purpose. They are achieved by a rough surface and/or embedded colour pigments. One classic area of application is the use of Light films in the backlight unit (BLU) of LCDs, wherein they greatly improve the viewing experience.
Light Box film or sheets ensure uniform brightness, both in conjunction with conventional light sources and with LEDs. They can prevent, or reduce unpleasant shadows with a point or linear light source.
Yicai’s Reflective Films (WRF) increases brightness and overall LED lighting system efficiency by recycling rejected light over the entire white light color spectrum, giving all photons a second chance to exit at a useful angle. Films can also be used to reduce glare and improve overall uniformity by carefully controlling the degree of specular and diffuse reflectance components.
Yicai’s Film products can be supplied in roll or cut sheet form and can also be supplied in die cut, laser cut, or CNC-routed formats. Additional support is available to help OEMs establish in-house converting and secondary process steps. Additional material options for thermoforming or adhesive backings are also available.

In shallow light boxes, the light source may be very close to the front of the box, wherein the light source can be seen, which makes the surface appear irregular. Yicai’s Window film is a thin vinyl, that has been formulated for use on glazing, which is applied directly to smooth non textured glass. These are suitable for residential or commercial interiors and settings. Either self-adhesive or static cling, a window film is designed for a wide range of permanent or temporary purposes. A glass film is very versatile and can be cut into intricate shapes, including letters and numbers, or be printed on, thereby allowing for striking graphics, creating photographs, or company branding.
